Description
This project was facilitated by the expiry of an existing under-sized Coles supermarket and underperforming fresh food offer.
This allowed for a total reconfiguration and repurpose of the precinct which allowed for an brand new and expanded full line Coles supermarket, the introduction of a new Aldi supermarket, a specialised Asian supermarket and new food specialty retailers in a fully upgraded precinct.
