Roy Gruenpeter
Roy is a property professional with 25 years of Westfield/Scentre Group experience, performing various roles and leading teams within the Development, Investment Management, Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management sectors.
During this time, Roy has gained extensive experience in property development and strategic planning, investor relations, joint venture partnership formation, joint venture structuring, property acquisition & divestment, leasing, and property management.
Roy has successfully led various multi-disciplined teams that have delivered major and mini projects in NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and WA. In his previous role with the Westfield Retail Trust (WRT), Roy was also responsible for managing WRT’s direct property investment in all assets in New Zealand managed by the Westfield Group.
Ed Hardy
Ed Hardy is a property professional with over 27 years of Westfield/Scentre Group experience. Ed has performed various roles and led teams within Development, Centre Management and Operational sectors in the shopping centre industry.
Ed has had an extensive background in the retail, commercial and mixed-use asset classes and has led large teams and has successfully delivered major development projects in QLD, SA and NSW.
Notably, Ed was instrumental in developing many of the key centres in the Westfield / Scentre Group portfolio making it the leading and strongest destination driven retail portfolio in Australia.
Both Roy and Ed have extensive experience and a proven track record in Major Tenant Leasing having both been responsible for all Major Tenant Leasing for the Westfield/Scentre Group portfolio over the past 15 years.
